ConferenceA high level conference programme takes place 8 - 9 March in conjunction with the Oil & Gas Libya exhibition. To be opened by H E Dr Shukri Ghanem, Chairman of the National Oil Corporation, it will feature speakers from the NOC and major international oil companies, including BP, Shell, ExxonMobil, OM and Marathon.
