Following their recently announced plans to re-enter the Libyan market, trade show organisers Dar Alarab in association with Montgomery Libya Ltd have now been granted licences by the
Libya General Board of Fairs, under the authority of the Libyan National Transitional Council (LNTC), for their two international trade shows and conferences – Infrastructure Libya 2012
and Oil & Gas Libya 2012 – to take place 23-26 April 2012.

Dar Alarab /Montgomery are already in discussion with the appropriate Ministries of the Libyan National Transitional Council (LNTC) seeking their support and patronage for these
two events and others in their planned pipeline.

The two shows:

Infrastructure Libya 2012 www.infrastructurelibya.com — the International Exhibition and
Conference for Libya’s Rebuilding Programme

Oil & Gas Libya 2012 www.oilandgaslibya.com – the International Exhibition and
Conference for the Regeneration of Libya’s Oil, Gas & Petrochemicals Sector

are set to take place concurrently at Tripoli’s international fairground and follow the exhibition programme which has addressed Libya’s infrastructure and oil and gas sectors each year since
2006.

Conferences are planned to run in parallel with the exhibitions and will offer the LNTC the opportunity of laying out its investment and management plans for the country’s reconstruction and future development as well as bringing professionals from around the world to share their views and experience on infrastructure and energy sector matters.

The aim of the trade exhibitions is to bring to the market much needed expertise and technology across a broad range of sectors from the international export community, to meet
the LNTC’s immediate priorities in rebuilding Libya’s infrastructure and energy sectors which have been neglected in recent years and which further suffered during the conflict.

The exhibitions will provide an international showcase of equipment and technology covering, in the infrastructure sector: building & construction, public works & municipal engineering,
power & electricity, transport & communications, water & environment, safety & security; and in the energy sector: exploration, production, pipelines, refining and petrochemicals, HSE, and
training.

Exhibitors will be international producers and suppliers of equipment, materials, products, technology, consultancy services, management capability and financial expertise appropriate
for Libya’s reconstruction and future development plans. They will be drawn from Europe, North America, the MENA region and Asia through a comprehensive exhibitor promotion
programme aimed at foreign governments, government export agencies, trade associations and industry. Libyan companies, both manufacturers and import agencies, will also be encouraged
to exhibit.
