A targeted visitor promotion campaign aimed at Libya’s energy sector will be launched to attract the widest qualified attendance possible.
The organisers see their objective as attracting to the exhibition and conference their key constituents: managers, engineers, geoscientists and technicians from the NOC, international and Libyan oil and gas operating companies, LNG plant, refineries and petrochemical complexes.
The visitor promotion campaign will be driven by the active use of the constantly updated show website. This will provide potential show visitors with up-to-the-minute news on exhibition participating companies, visitor registration information, opening ceremony arrangements, conference programme updates and delegate registration, VIP facilities, show plans, sponsor activity, etc.
The website promotion will be supported by:
- An advertising campaign in the Libyan national press, trade publications, and posters
- Personal contact is crucial in all business relationships in Libya and the organisers plan a programme of personal visits and personalised invitations to identified key managers and staff at the NOC and energy sector companies
- Targeted direct marketing
- PR campaign.
